Having identified the learning and training requirements for each project and site we then develop a training programme to meet these needs.
We develop our programmes to incorporate an appropriate mix of classroom learning, on-site, practical demonstrations and training materials that can be retained by attendees to promote continuous learning.
Our training programmes can be developed according entirely to the needs of each client. Topics including health & safety, legislative requirements, management and operation & maintenance can all be incorporated as required.

We approach, arrange and manage supplier and specialist trainer attendance to complement our training programmes. Where new processes or equipment are employed on site we arrange for manufacturers to visit site to introduce their equipment and provide practical, hands-on advice on any operation and maintenance requirements.
We brief suppliers and visiting trainers on the particular training requirements and objectives, helping to ensure any session they deliver fully meets our clients’ needs.
For complex or large-scale training programmes we work with suppliers to ensure consistency of dates, trainers and delivery to ensure all attendees receive the required level of training and instruction.

For each training programme we develop and facilitate we produce bespoke, high-quality training materials for each attendee to complement the training programme.
We use our industry-leading graphics to fully explain each aspect of the project, ensuring trainees are fully aware of all the processes and equipment in use on any site.
Our training handbooks or programmes incorporate any training materials provided by suppliers and manufacturers. Our materials can be traditional, paper-based manuals, electronic manuals on CD or USB or online portfolios for remote access.
With every aspect of our training support, each manual or training material is produced in collaboration with our client and end-user to ensure those undertaking training receive exactly the information they need.

Once training starts we are on site, every day, facilitating every aspect of the training programme. From accommodation and refreshments to recording attendance and gathering feedback we take care of the needs of each attendee and our client.
We maintain comprehensive records of attendance, attainment and feedback, meaning our clients can demonstrate training delivery. Should any aspect of the training programme fail to adequately meet end-users needs we work with our client and any relevant suppliers to ensure supplementary training is provided.
As with the production of our manuals, we aim to take all the hassle out of training delivery, allowing our client to focus on project delivery and handover.
