We have been supporting Interserve at Thames Water’s Riverside STW for three years. Commissioned to produce operating and maintenance manuals for initial upgrade works we are now also supporting their sludge digestion project.
We have produced site and process graphics, operating and maintenance manuals for the site, as well as delivered 56 on-site project handover training sessions to over 100 Thames Water employees.
We continue to support Interserve as they progress to project handover and have adopted a flexible approach to production of our graphics and manuals to ensure we continue to meet the needs of both contractor and end-user.
